No. We allow one account per person. Multiple accounts using the same personal details, email address, phone number, or payment method violate our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension. If we detect multiple accounts linked to you, we will freeze all of them pending a compliance review. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact our support team immediately to request closure of the duplicate account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, circumvent account preferences, or engage in fraudulent activity is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

Our siren4d platform encrypts your personal data (name, email, phone, date of birth) at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS and AES encryption. Your password is hashed using bcrypt; we cannot retrieve it, only reset it. Your KYC documents (ID, proof of address) are scanned and stored encrypted; they are automatically deleted after eighteen months unless a compliance audit requires them longer. Payments and transactions

If it was not deducted, the payment gateway declined the request; try again with a different payment method or check if your card or wallet has a daily limit. We will check with the payment processor and arrange a manual credit if necessary. For withdrawals, if your funds do not arrive after five business days, check your email for a status update. Our siren4d platform may offer periodic cashback promotions that credit a percentage of your net losses (losses minus wins) back to your account on a weekly or monthly basis. Cashback is credited automatically to your account balance on the stated date (usually Sunday or Monday). It does not need to be claimed.
